Ninety years in, Hoegemeyer is growing stronger than ever. Building on the traditions that got us here. Helping you — our neighbors — find the right seed tailored to your acres. Leading with trust that is just as strong as your yields.
This year is for our neighbors. For the communities that have raised us, for the people that still live, work and serve locally. Together we celebrate, 90 years right here.

H. Chris Hoegemeyer and his son, Leonard C. Hoegemeyer, founded Hoegemeyer Hybrids in 1937 in Hooper, Nebraska when the science of producing hybrid seed was just dawning.
Over the years they focused on stress-tolerant hybrids – then the legacy continued as Hoegemeyer became well-respected plant breeders in the seed industry.
Backed with world-leading genetics, Hoegemeyer now serves farmers from the corn belt to the northern plains and northeast US through our local seed dealer network.
